These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Go Vendor to the eCommerce seller of Ajio, Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho Etc. who subscribes to any of our service packages.

      1. Service Packages & Duration
      • The services under each package (Starter, Growth, Premium, Super Saver) are clearly listed in the plan brochure.
      • All packages are prepaid and non-refundable.
      • Package validity:
        • Starter / Growth / Premium: 3 months
        • Super Saver Plan: 12 months
      • The service duration begins from the date of onboarding confirmation.
      1. Payment Terms
      • Full payment must be made in advance through bank transfer, UPI, or other approved methods.
      • Tax invoice will be issued after payment.
      • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST will be charged extra as per current rates).
      • Payment once made is non-refundable and non-transferable.
      1. Scope of Services
      • Services include eCommerce onboarding, catalog listing, account management, and support as per the selected package.
      • Additional services beyond the selected plan will be chargeable.
      • Go Vendor does not guarantee sales or revenue, but ensures best practices are followed for performance optimization.

 

      1. Seller Responsibilities

The client must:

      • Share accurate product data, images, GST, brand authorization, and bank details
      • Respond to Go Vendor team communications promptly
      • Maintain sufficient inventory and fulfill orders on time
      1. Service Timeline
      • Initial onboarding takes 5–7 working days post document and payment submission.
      • Weekly reports/updates are shared for Premium and Super Saver clients.
      1. Termination & Suspension

Go Vendor reserves the right to:

      • Suspend or terminate services if payment is delayed or documents are falsified
      • Discontinue services due to non-cooperation, misuse, or policy violations
      1. Confidentiality

All business and personal data shared by the client is confidential and used solely for service purposes. We adhere to standard data privacy norms.

      1. Support & Communication
      • Support hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 7 PM
      • Official WhatsApp & Email support is available for queries and coordination

 

      1. Limitations
      • Go Vendor is not responsible for marketplace policy changes, seller account deactivation due to client errors, or rejection of listings caused by inaccurate data provided by the client.

 

      1. Legal & Jurisdiction
      • All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurgaon, Haryana.
